Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Office Engineer. Our client for this role is NYS Office of General Services (OGS)

Responsibilities

• Basic knowledge of RFI tracking, contract document review, basic scheduling techniques, payment review and preparation, and proficient in basic computer skills utilizing Windows/Outlook/Word/Excel and scheduling applications.
• Produce and distribute Meeting Minutes, Project letters and other communications for the EICs and Area Supervisor in the Area Field Office.
• Coordinate meetings and communications for the Office.
  
  

Qualifications

• Office Engineer shall possess, at a minimum, 5 years of experience on smaller construction projects valued above $1 million.
• Manage all aspects of the Construction Field Office.
• A college degree may be substituted for year of experience.
• OSHA 30 Certification

• Compensation range Min: $38/hr to Max: $45/hr
• The range provided is the salary that the Firm in good faith believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined on the individual candidate's qualifications and location
