Senior Civil Engineer Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our team at The LiRo Group.
This position requires a strong background in civil engineering analysis and design, as well as leadership and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the implementation of project plans, design calculations, and specifications.
- Manage the coordination of multiple design disciplines to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Conduct site investigations to gather data and document existing conditions.
- Review and complete design calculations; assist in preparing drawings and specifications.
- Mentor and supervise junior engineers to develop their technical skills and project management abilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
- 7 years' experience in Civil Engineering.
- NY PE required.
- Strong understanding of local code requirements and regulations.
- Experience with structural analysis software, such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
