Store Operator/ Hands-On Manager in Roseville, MI.
We are looking for a hands-on Store Operator to take ownership of our Roseville location.
This is not a desk job. This role is for someone who can lead from the front, manage a team, and ensure the store runs smoothly every day.
You will be responsible for store operations, staff, and overall performance — including working key shifts such as opening and peak hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and close the store as needed
- Ensure the store operates smoothly during all business hours
- Manage staff, scheduling, and daily operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product selection
- Drive sales through product recommendations and upselling
- Train and develop team members
- Monitor inventory and minimize shrink
What We’re Looking For
- Previous management or shift leadership experience (retail, gas station, restaurant, or similar)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Comfortable working on your feet and leading by example
- Ability to handle responsibility and solve problems independently
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $55,000-$65,000 per year
