Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging activities for children before and after school.
- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages social interaction.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress.
- Collaborate with staff to create a cohesive educational experience.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and incident reports.
- Assist in the development of age-appropriate educational materials.
- Promote the values and mission of The Lion of Judah Early Learning Centers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in childcare or education preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a safe and engaging learning environment.
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
- Passion for working with children and fostering their development.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Background check clearance required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in child development is a plus.
- Must hold a clean drivers record and a current drivers license
- MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE A 15 PASSANGER VAN
