Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head Bartender at The Lion & Crown Pub in Allen, TX. The Head Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, the role includes providing a high level of customer service, training and supervising bar staff, and collaborating with management to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure excellent interactions with guests and team members
- Proficiency in Bartending and knowledge of Food & Beverage to craft and serve a variety of drinks
- Experience and accuracy in Cash Handling for processing customer transactions
- Ability to effectively supervise and train staff, ensuring smooth bar operations
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food and beverage service
- Proactive, team-oriented attitude with problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in a bar or hospitality management role is preferred
