The Lioce Group is hiring an MFP/Printer Service Technician to join our growing service team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing office printers, copiers, and multi-function devices (MFPs). If you have previous experience in office equipment repair we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair MFPs, printers, and copiers
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network connectivity issues
- Perform preventive maintenance and respond to service calls in a timely manner
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Maintain accurate service logs and parts usage records
- Coordinate with the service team and dispatcher
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Copier/MFP experience
- Mechanical or technical repair experience is highly valued
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of networks and print drivers
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently
- Great time management and communication skills
