Responsibilities:
- Lawn Maintenance:
- Mow greens, fairways, and rough areas using specialized equipment.
- Trim grass around bunkers, trees, and other obstacles.
- Maintain tee boxes and ensure they are level and well-groomed.
- Landscaping:
- Plant and care for trees, shrubs, and flowers.
- Keep flower beds and landscape features looking pristine.
- Bunker Care:
- Rake bunkers to ensure consistent sand distribution.
- Repair divots and ball marks.
- Equipment Operation:
- Safely operate mowers, tractors, and other grounds keeping equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
- General Maintenance:
- Assist with special projects, such as aerating greens or overseeding.
- Maintain tools and equipment.
- Team Player:
- Collaborate with other workers and golf course staff.
- Be reliable and punctual.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in landscaping, grounds keeping, or related field preferred but not necessary.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
- Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a beautiful golf course.
- Valid driver’s license.
Pay Rate: $16/hr
