Job Summary
We’re seeking a technical designer to work closely with production and product design in creating designs and artwork for a variety of applications including rhinestones, heat transfer sequin and production dye sublimation projects.
Ideal position for someone with a graphics background, strong interest in the apparel industry, and desire to drive results for both production and product development.

Responsibilities
When you join us, within 3 months you will:
- Demonstrate your graphic skills and knowledge by proficiently operating a variety of software and learn used for creating embellishment designs for custom performance garments.
- Ensure work is done in timely fashion and schedule is maintained to meet deadlines.
- Learn to illustrate and specify information needed for proto and production process
- Collaborating with production and product designs to learn basics of setting up files for the production process
Within 6-9 months :
- You will be competent to digitize products with rhinestones, heat transfer sequin and sublimation through hands on experience.
- Accumulating timings and data to improve the pricing process.
- Learning to use new software to support the design and prototype process
Within 12 months:
- You will have become the expert on how to digitize and prepare projects through production
- Offering suggestions and ideas on how to improve processes and efficiencies
- Training new staff to perform work, especially for simpler projects
- Better understand how to manage customer expectations, working with Customer Service and Marketing on how to communicate this
- Customers are thrilled with the product and sales of garments with embellishment continues to grow.
- Your contribution positions the company as the industry’s leader in customization of performance apparel.
- You are ready to take on more responsibilities, especially performing more complex jobs

Experience:
- Garment construction: 1 year (Preferred)
- Fashion design: 1 year (Preferred)
- Adobe Creative Suite: 1 year (Preferred)
- Adobe Illustrator: 1 year (Preferred)
- Adobe Photoshop: 1 year (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
