As an HVAC Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for the maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential, commercial, or industrial buildings. You’ll have the chance to work both independently and as part of a supportive team. We value good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities Include:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues including electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant components
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain HVAC issues, repairs, and recommendations
- Provide detailed, multi-option quotes and discuss repair or upgrade choices
- Identify opportunities to offer additional services, upgrades, or preventative maintenance
- Provide advice and guidance to customers on energy-saving tips, system upgrades, and maintenance best practices
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned daily, weekly, or monthly performance goals
- Fulfill on-call duties according to the department schedule
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards
- Maintain accurate service records, including parts used and hours worked
- 2 years HVAC service experience
- Valid EPA Certification Required
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components and installations
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Must meet company motor vehicle record (MVR) eligibility requirements
