Location: Euclid - 22801 Req ID: 28156 ​ Summary Lincoln Electric is seeking an experienced Electrical Quality Technician to support manufacturing operations by ensuring product quality, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement. This role works cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, and R&D to troubleshoot, inspect, maintain, and improve equipment and processes while upholding quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Support and promote continuous improvement and quality initiatives. Diagnose failed machinery – focusing on electrical aspects. Enforce quality standards and identify, tag, and assist with disposition of non-conforming materials. Troubleshoot and resolve production quality issues. Diagnose and repair machines and/or PC boards tagged as non-conforming. Support the design, introduction, inspection, and maintenance of new and existing equipment. Maintain inspection, test, and quality performance records. Initiate CAPA determinations and support yield improvement efforts. Perform audits and assist with quality training for production personnel. Collaborate cross-functionally on the shop floor and report safety incidents or near misses. Basic Requirements Technician III: Vocational training with 5+ years of relevant experience, or HS Diploma/GED with 7+ years of experience. Technician IV :Vocational training with 8+ years of relevant experience, or HS Diploma/GED with 10+ years of experience. May act as a lead, coordinating and facilitating the work of others. Selected candidate’s Job Level and Pay Grade will be determined based upon qualifications and experiences. Experience with manufacturing quality standards and engineering principles. Interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Proficient with measurement and inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.). Ability to use a digital multimeter (DMM) for electrical measurements. Equipment and/or electronics troubleshooting experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows OS.
