Job Responsibilities
- Communicate daily with internal and external customers to provide information and services relating to the pricing, availability, and order entry of replacement parts
- Report and track orders
- Enter in order as required
- Complete shipping documents as required
- Maintain internal database for serial numbers
- Additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of company strategy
Job Requirements
- High school education is required
- Post high school courses are desirable
- Min 2 years' experience
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical principles
- Proficient inuse of SAP, CAD-View, Online Document Management, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to understand and initiate the structuring pricingm and ordering of "special" parts
- Ability to accurately interpret engineering documents
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
