Leasing Consultant

About the Role

We’re hiring a high-energy Leasing Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is driven to succeed in both sales and customer service.

This is not a sit-behind-the-desk role—you’ll be the face of the community, managing a steady flow of prospects, conducting tours, and closing leases, while also delivering exceptional service to current residents.

What You’ll Do

Leasing & Sales

· Conduct high-impact apartment tours and sell the community lifestyle

· Manage a high volume of leads, walk-ins, and online inquiries

· Follow up consistently to convert prospects into signed leases

· Post Craigslist ads and create social media content

· Meet and exceed weekly and monthly leasing goals

Lead Management

· Maintain and track a strong prospect pipeline

· Respond quickly to all inquiries- speed is critical in this market

· Use strong closing skills to convert traffic into leases

Customer Service

· Deliver a professional, high-quality experience to residents and prospects

· Handle objections and concerns with confidence

· Build rapport and long-term relationships with residents

Operations

· Process applications, leases, and move-ins accurately

· Stay organized while managing multiple priorities

· Support daily leasing operations in line with company standards

What We’re Looking For

· Sales-driven mindset with closing ability (Ask for the sale)

· Strong customer service skills

· Excellent communication and organization

· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

· Self-motivated with strong follow-up habits and urgency

· Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude

· Available Tuesday–Saturday (full-time)

Requirements

· 1 year of experience in leasing, sales, or property management (preferred: residential property management)

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Reliable transportation

· Proficient in English (spoken and written)

· Ability to pass a background and drug screening

Preferred Experience

· Leasing, retail sales, or hospitality

· High-traffic or high-volume communities

· CRM/property management software (Yardi, Knock, etc.)

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
