The Administrative Assistant will assist the Property Manager in effectively managing the administrative responsibilities at the property as well as ensuring the satisfaction of the residents and prospects.
Some Responsibilities include:
Administrative:
- File
- Prepare/type/post notices to tenants
- Prepare move in packets
- Prepare application packets
- Plan, shop, and host monthly resident events
- Filll out/send landlord verifications
- Check voicemail & distribute messages to team
- Prepare annual and interim recertification packets
- Enter/complete work orders in the database
- Other duties as assigned
