What are the responsibilities and job description for the Class A CDL Driver / Stage Hand position at The Lighting & Sound Company?
Job Summary
Tired of living out of your truck? We get it. Most CDL jobs mean weeks away from home, eating gas station food, and watching the world go by through a windshield. This isn't that.
We're a live event production company that runs mobile stages (Stageline SL100, SL260, SL320) for concerts, festivals, and community events. We need a Class A driver who's ready to spend less time on the road and more time actually building something. You'll drive a truck to the site, then stay on to help set up the stage or take it down. When you're not on a show, you're home.
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Class A CDL Driver / Stage Hand to join our team! In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for operating tractor-trailers and various commercial vehicles to transport freight safely and efficiently. Additionally, you will assist with stage setup, load-in, load-out, and equipment handling for live events or productions.
