The Lighting Agency, a leading Manufacturers Sales Representative firm, is seeking a Project Manager to join our Denver office. In this role, you’ll be the critical link connecting our sales team, engineering teams, suppliers, and customers. You’ll own the project lifecycle, coordinating complex technical documentation, managing timelines, and problem-solving to deliver excellence.
Position Description
- Work with the quotations department to assemble a comprehensive job folder of documents for each project.
- Review architectural and electrical drawings, product bill of materials, and product submittals.
- Work with the sales department to clarify outstanding project needs.
- Deliver all completed documents along with purchase orders to the customer service dept.
- Process and respond to customer pricing inquiries, working cross-functionally to gather necessary information and provide accurate, competitive quotes.
- Prepare comprehensive product submittal documents that include specifications, compliance certifications, and technical details required for customer approval and project execution.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve project workflows and processes, implementing best practices to increase efficiency and reduce delays across the organization.
Position Requirements
- Requires 2 years of experience in the construction industry as a project management or quotations specialist. Lighting experience highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work with architects, contractors, engineers, customers, and suppliers.
- Strong understanding of the architectural lighting and electrical supply chain, including manufacturer relationships, lead times, and sourcing complexities.
- Solid grasp of commercial construction projects, including design cycles, budget constraints, and timeline management.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to technical details and documentation.
- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software and project tracking tools (or willingness to quickly master our systems).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel for data analysis and reporting, Outlook for communication and calendar management) and ability to quickly learn new software platforms.
- Experience with project cost estimation and budget forecasting is highly valued and a strong plus.

Compensation and Benefits
- Total compensation range from $65k-$100k depending on experience and skillset
