What are the responsibilities and job description for the Independent Personal Growth Professional (Remote) position at The Lighthouse Sydney?
Perhaps you have spent years building a successful track record in marketing, retail leadership, corporate consulting or people development. You do not want to start over from scratch, but you are ready to evolve. You want work that challenges you, expands your capability and makes a lasting impact.
I am based in Sydney, and we are expanding across the United States and internationally within the personal growth, mentoring and leadership space. We partner with high-level professionals who are ready to trade traditional corporate constraints for genuine autonomy and time freedom.
This is a self-employed business opportunity rather than a salaried position. It is remote and fully flexible, and can be built full-time or part-time alongside existing work. You will use your transferable skills to help others find clarity, confidence and direction, and to introduce them to our partner's award-winning personal development programmes. We provide the established business blueprint, intuitive digital platforms and proven leadership frameworks, so you can focus on expanding your impact.
If you are ready to move beyond the traditional routine and build a professional future that truly aligns with your potential, let us explore what is possible.
What you will be doing:
- Connecting with purpose-driven individuals and helping them map out their own path to personal and professional alignment.
- Sharing proven leadership and self-mastery frameworks, and the programmes that support them.
- Utilising modern digital tools and established systems to connect and inspire.
- Leading by example through your own ongoing personal growth.
This is for you if:
- Your aspirations are bigger than your present circumstances allow, and you are ready for a more expansive, autonomous way of working.
- You value purposeful alignment and flexibility more than the predictability of a salaried corporate role.
- You connect with people authentically and thrive on seeing others succeed.
- You want to build a sustainable business that delivers genuine time freedom.
- A performance-based income (no salary), that reflects your contribution and outcomes, with no cap on what you can achieve through dedicated effort.
- A business that evolves as you grow personally and professionally.
- World-class learning resources and a supportive global mentorship network.
- The ability to build on your existing professional strengths without starting from scratch.
