What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Architect position at The Lightfoot Planning Group?
The Lightfoot Planning Group is seeking a talented Landscape Architect to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with land use planners, architects, engineers, and public agencies on a variety of land development projects throughout Southern California, with a focus on San Diego County.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on land development projects
• Support and lead project design, documentation, and coordination
• Work with public agencies on permitting and entitlement processes
• Manage project tasks with increasing levels of responsibility
Qualifications
• California Licensed Landscape Architect preferred
• OR actively working toward licensure (currently completing LARE exams)
• 4–10 years of relevant professional experience (preferred)
• Project management experience with growing responsibility
• Familiarity with public agencies and entitlement processes
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in San Diego County is a plus
