Role Description
The Director of Analytics and Research will oversee research initiatives, analyze complex data sets, design studies, and generate insights to support organizational goals. Key responsibilities include managing and interpreting data to identify trends, collaborating with researchers, and contributing to publications and presentations. The Director will also drive improvements in data collection and analytics processes, ensuring accuracy and relevance to the organization’s mission. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Wayne, NJ, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.
Salary: $90k
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Data Analytics, Data Analysis, and Data Science
- Strong foundation in Analytical Skills and Statistics
- Ability to design and conduct research studies
- Experience with data interpretation and reporting, including visualization and summarization of complex insights
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Proficiency in data tools and platforms, such as statistical software or programming languages used in analytics
- Strong communication skills to convey findings effectively to diverse audiences
- Familiarity with healthcare research or nonprofit settings is a plus
- Master’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Public Health, or a related field is preferred
