Live Broadcast Coordinator

We value experience in multimedia and leadership — a person who can recruit, develop and care for people. An individual who loves the local church and wants to bring professionalism, excellence, and passion to it. This role is responsible for leading and empowering volunteers to execute a professional live video transmission.

What You Will Do*:

• Support the Location Pastor in building a life-giving, vibrant culture at The Life Church - Houston Levee

• Lead and develop a Production Volunteer Team to serve with passion and excellence through one-on-ones, protocol creation, team training events and hands-on instruction

• Create meaningful service and event experiences by preparing environments, connections and equipment, empowering volunteers and instructing directors and camera operators

• Own the details - from scheduling and equipment management to creating shot lists and tracking volunteer personal growth - you set the standard for excellence across the board

• Communicate with care - from volunteers to pastors, staff and team leaders - you're a relational bridge for the families we serve

• Collaborate with the global Production Team and help build new installs and events across the country**

What You Bring:

• A proven track record of leadership, preferably in a ministry, team, education, or service-based environment

• A commitment to modeling the following qualities: Integrity, Positive Attitude, Work Ethic, Excellence, Team Player, Achievement, Development, Humility, Commitment and Intuition

• Strong relational and communication skills, with the ability to lead adults and relate well with others

• A love for the local church and a desire to invest in and develop others

• High personal standards in organization, follow-through, communication, privacy and team development

• Comfort with digital software tools and a willingness to learn new systems

• Proficient with video switching software and hardware

• Ability to set up, operate and maintain broadcast and cinema camera equipment

• An attitude and desire for continued learning

• A genuine love for people and a passion to help them grow personally and spiritually

• A flexible, team-first attitude and the ability to lead both people and projects with humility and excellence

• Availability for Sunday services, weekly office hours, and occasional evenings or special events
