Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.
- Provide welcoming, attentive, and professional service to guests throughout their visit.
- Take and process orders while maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked service area.
- Check identification and follow all legal, safety, and responsible service guidelines.
- Maintain knowledge of drink recipes, menu offerings, and promotional items.
- Handle payments accurately and support smooth guest transactions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure excellent service and efficient operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs as needed.
- Follow sanitation, cleanliness, and opening/closing procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality, food and beverage, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain organized and composed in a busy environment.
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and payment systems.
- Ability to follow policies, procedures, and responsible service requirements.
