The Liberty School is seeking a School Executive Director to provide organizational leadership, operational oversight, and community engagement for a small, mission-driven independent school serving bright students with dyslexia and related learning differences.
This role focuses on operations, sustainability, and relationship-building, while partnering closely with an established academic leadership team that oversees curriculum and instruction.
- Organizational and operational leadership
- Financial oversight, budgeting, and long-term sustainability

- Experience in school leadership, nonprofit leadership, or mission-driven organizations

Direct experience in dyslexia-specific instruction is not required. Curiosity, collaboration, and leadership integrity are essential.
As part of a thoughtful leadership transition, the selected candidate may spend limited time on campus during May for orientation and relationship-building. Full responsibilities begin later in the summer.
