Apartment Leasing Consultant
The Liberty Group is immediately hiring experienced Bilingual Apartment Leasing Consultants!
MUST BE FLUENT IN BOTH SPANISH AND ENGLISH. We are seeking candidates who can confidently communicate with both English- and Spanish-speaking residents and prospects.
Pay: $19.50–$22.00 per hour, based on experience.

- Minimum of 6 months of apartment/multifamily leasing experience
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing best practices
- Valid government-issued ID
- Comfortable using phones, email, and providing exceptional customer service
- Available to work weekends and peak touring hours, if required
- Welcome prospective residents and conduct apartment tours in both English and Spanish
- Build rapport with prospects and convert tours into signed leases
- Explain community amenities, pricing, and the resident experience
- Assist with applications, screening, and lease execution
- Manage leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain accurate leasing records
- Support lease renewals by communicating with current residents
- Assist with resident events and marketing initiatives as needed
- Experience with property management software such as Yardi, RealPage/OneSite, MRI, AppFolio, or similar
- Experience with luxury, lease-up, rehab, or LIHTC (tax credit) communities
