What You’ll Do
- Manage daily apartment community operations
- Oversee leasing, renewals, occupancy, and resident relations
- Lead and support on-site staff
- Coordinate vendors, maintenance, repairs, and property needs
- Conduct property walks and inspections
- Monitor budgets, expenses, delinquency, and property performance
- Handle resident concerns professionally and quickly
- Support marketing efforts to increase traffic and occupancy
- Ensure Fair Housing and company policy compliance
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of apartment community management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with leasing, renewals, residents, vendors, and on-site teams
- Property management software experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule, including occasional weekends as needed

- Luxury communities

- Yardi, OneSite, RealPage, Entrata, or MRI
