The Liberty Group is expanding our property management candidate network in Rhode Island and looking to connect with motivated, personable Leasing Consultants interested in upcoming opportunities with apartment communities.
Whether you have several years of leasing experience or a strong background in customer service and sales, we'd love to learn more about you!
Potential Responsibilities:
Conduct apartment tours and assist prospective residents.
Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
Follow up with prospects and help convert leads into leases.
Assist with rental applications, lease paperwork, and move-in coordination.
Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
Support the onsite management team with administrative responsibilities.
Maintain accurate records in property management systems.
Qualifications:
Previous apartment leasing or property management experience preferred.
Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills.
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
Experience with Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, or similar software is a plus.
Organized, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Weekend availability may be required depending on the assignment.
