Apartment Leasing ConsultantJoin our team as an Apartment Leasing Agent and turn great tours into happy move-ins!The Liberty Group is immediately hiring for experienced, Apartment Leasing Specialist.Job Responsibilities:Interacting with prospective residentsCommunicating the value and overall experience of living at the communitySecuring lease agreementsInitiate the process to screen prospective residentsCommunicates lease expirations and facilitates lease renewalsAssists with property marketing activities and resident eventsRequired Qualifications:Must be familiar with apartment / multi-family leasing and Fair Housing.Apartment software experience is a bonus.Valid I.D.
