The Liberty Group is immediately hiring an experienced Maintenance Manager / Maintenance Leader in Denver, CO to support a multifamily apartment community.
Pay ranges from $28 to $32 per hour, depending on experience.

What you’ll do
Lead daily maintenance operations for the community, including service requests, apartment turns, preventive maintenance, and inspections. Supervise and support the maintenance team, coordinate vendors, troubleshoot building systems, and partner with onsite management to ensure the community is safe, well-maintained, and delivering a high level of resident service.
Preferred (not required)
A/C / HVAC certification (EPA/CFC/HVAC) — pays more
Strong make-ready/turn experience
Related experience (hotel maintenance, rehab, condo, carpentry) only if you also have onsite apartment experience

- 3 years of onsite multifamily maintenance experience, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general building maintenance
- Experience managing service requests, apartment turns, preventive maintenance, and property inspections
- Ability to lead, train, and coordinate maintenance technicians, porters, and vendors
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to prioritize urgent maintenance needs
- Knowledge of property safety standards and maintenance best practices
- Valid government-issued ID
- Reliable transportation
- Own basic tools needed for maintenance work
- HVAC/EPA certification preferred
