What are the responsibilities and job description for the Certified Maintenance Technician position at The Liberty Group BH1?
The Liberty Group is immediately hiring experienced, HVAC-certified Apartment Maintenance Technicians.
Pay ranges from $21 to $23 per hour, depending on experience.

A/C Certification: EPA/CFC/HVAC certification (as required for the role)
6 months onsite apartment maintenance experience
Valid government-issued ID
Reliable transportation
Own basic tools needed for maintenance work
What you’ll do
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems
Perform preventative maintenance on A/C and mechanical systems
Complete resident service requests efficiently and professionally
Prepare vacant apartments for “make-ready” / turn status (repairs improvements)
Maintain grounds and common areas
Document work completed in maintenance logs
Prioritize multiple work orders and deliver great resident customer service
Preferred (not required)
Strong apartment turn / make-ready experience
Experience in related fields (hotel maintenance, carpentry, rehab, condo) only if you also have onsite apartment experience
