Lia Honda Enfield - Parts Counterperson

Lia Honda Enfield is seeking an experienced Parts Counterperson to join our team.

COMPENSATION RANGE: $40K-$55K based on experience and skill level

SIGN ON BONUS: N/A

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent

• Have experience with auto parts sales preferred

• Basic Computer skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment

• Professional personal appearance & positive attitude along with a customer service mentality

• Have strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Must have a clean and valid driver's license

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish

• Work with parts manager to locate any parts not in stock

• Complete special order part request for the customer

• Communicate with customer on parts status

• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures

• Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry
