We’re currently looking for a Freelance Visual Merchandiser to support our Visual Merchandising team in executing our brand’s creative vision across retail spaces in the U.S.
This freelance role is a unique opportunity to work closely with our Milan-based VM team, ensuring consistency, premium product presentation, and a strong brand identity in-store.
Candidates based in any locations can be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the execution of seasonal VM strategies in line with brand guidelines
Implement visual concepts in-store according to HQ instructions and timelines
Collaborate with the Milan VM department and merchandising team to maintain visual consistency
Create detailed photo reports following store visits
Offer support to store teams when needed, ensuring alignment with global VM direction
Vm per trunk shows, pop up and seasonal stores activations and events
Available to travel
Skills:
Strong visual sense and attention to detail, with a luxury retail sensibility
Proactive and flexible, with the ability to work in dynamic retail environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in PowerPoint (other design/reporting tools are a plus)
Previous experience in visual merchandising, preferably in fashion or luxury
Sense of style
