What You’ll Do
You’ll be responsible for much more than taking orders.
You’ll guide guests through food and beverage selections, anticipate needs before they’re asked, work seamlessly with bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff, and help create an atmosphere that keeps people coming back. Whether it’s a family celebrating, friends watching the big game, or guests enjoying duckpin bowling and simulators, you’ll be a key part of making their visit memorable.

What You’ll Need
- Previous serving experience preferred, but personality and work ethic matter more than years on a résumé
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Arkansas alcohol certification (or ability to obtain)
