The Lender NTB is a Nationwide Commercial Lending Company with an experienced team of loan officers specializing in customized lending solutions. Known for our flexibility, we go beyond standard matrices to explore creative options for clients with viable projects. If a deal is not feasible with us, we guide clients to explore other viable options to support their goals. We lend on a variety of real estate projects, including apartment complexes, industrial warehouses, mixed-use properties, investor-owned 1-4 family units, hospitals, development projects, and strip malls, varying by state.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Loan Officer at The Lender NTB. The Loan Officer will be responsible for evaluating, authorizing, and approving loan applications. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing financial information, conducting loan eligibility assessments, communicating with clients to offer tailored solutions, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Additionally, the Loan Officer will collaborate with the underwriting team and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the lending process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Loan Origination and a deep understanding of the loan process
- Experience in Finance, underwriting, and risk assessment
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships
- Knowledge and experience working as a Loan Officer or in a related capacity
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with commercial real estate lending is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
