Looking for a fabulous Server for Bend's best Breakfast and Lunch place. Must have some Serving experience. The motto is 'international cuisine, locally sourced.' We're a very happy bunch and want to spread the joy of superb cuisine. We put out beautiful, tasty food and strive to maintain a very high level of service. We're open Wed-Sun 9:00-2:30. Tips are great. Must be poised and focused on the customer. Get your nights back....work at a Brunch joint!

Summary

As a Server, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing the dining experience for our guests. Your core skills in POS systems, food handling, and restaurant experience will enable you to efficiently take orders and serve meals while ensuring food safety standards are met. With premium skills in fine dining and time management, you will effectively promote menu items and engage with guests. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and serving guests promptly and courteously.
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met during food handling and preparation.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
• Handle cash register transactions and manage payments efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Proficient in using POS systems, such as Aloha or Micros.
• Excellent time management abilities to handle a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and handling practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere.
