Job Summary
We are looking for a Resident in Counseling to join our team! You will play a crucial role in evaluating patients, developing individual treatment plans, and providing therapy to military members, veterans, law enforcement officers, and first responders.
Responsibilities
- Perform intakes and follow up sessions with new and transfer clients
- Schedule clients with appropriate frequency
- Provide empirically validated treatment to all assigned clients
- Do assessments clinically appropriate to the client
- Participate in individual and group supervision
- Join the monthly team meetings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- The clinician is NOT responsible for billing
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in counseling from a CACREP accredited program
- Experience with military, law enforcement, or first responder culture
