- Develop and implement strategic enrollment plans to attract and retain families interested in early childhood programs
- Conduct public speaking engagements at community events, schools, and informational sessions to promote enrollment opportunities
- Manage the entire enrollment process, including application review, documentation verification, and registration procedures
- Collaborate with teaching staff and academic advisors to ensure smooth onboarding of new students
- Provide personalized guidance and support to prospective families, answering questions about program offerings and requirements
- Coordinate recruiting efforts through outreach campaigns, social media, and community partnerships to increase program visibility
- Proven experience in education/preschool enrollment management, specifically with early childhood or related programs
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to effectively communicate program benefits to diverse audiences
- Experience working directly with students and families in an educational setting, including academic advising or teaching roles
- Knowledge of recruiting strategies within educational environments and community outreach techniques
- Background experience in early childhood education preferred
