Job Description
At The LEGO Group, we are seeking a Machine Operator to operate, monitor, and adjust automated production machinery in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for supporting product quality and production performance and is not a forklift or material handling position.
Starting Pay Rate $21.42/hour 10% shift differential (weekly pay).
Shift 6pm-6am 2-2-3 (non-rotating) shift pattern (Enjoy working 15 days per month).

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automated production equipment
- Adjust machine settings to maintain quality standards
- Identify and respond to minor machine issues
- Perform routine quality inspections
- Record production data accurately
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
- Experience operating stationary manufacturing equipment; warehouse or forklift-only experience may not align with this role
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Successful completion of on-site pre-employment assessments that include manual dexterity, matching, and intermediate technology evaluations.
- Stand for extended periods (12-hour shifts)
- Lift up to 35 pounds occasionally
- Work around moving production equipment safely
