The Facility Management organization WS&O at LEGO Manufacturing Virginia is dedicated to ensuring that all buildings, utilities, and technical systems operate safely, reliably, and efficiently. By integrating Mechanical, Electrical, Utilities, BMS/SCADA, Compliance, Projects, Asset Data, and IFM governance, the department enables the factory to run at full performance every hour of the day.As Head of Operations Technology, you'll play a critical role in connecting facility operations with digital infrastructure, supporting the broader organization by safeguarding uptime, optimizing energy use, and strengthening compliance.
Your leadership will provide the digital backbone that allows production, logistics, quality, and engineering to operate seamlessly, ensuring LEGO's commitment to operational excellence and innovation.

The salary for this position has a range of $142,681.00 - $214,021.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.

Core Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of technical specialists across Building Management System, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition, Operational Technology networks, and Computerized Maintenance Management System.
- Drive digitalization and smart-facility maturity to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure stability and reliability of all Facility Management systems, including BMS, SCADA, and energy systems.
- Collaborate with Global Facilities Management, Global Workplace Engineering, and Global Operational Technology on standards and governance.
- Manage interfaces with the Integrated Facility Management partner, ensuring clear governance and system access rules.
- Own the FM technology roadmap and commissioning readiness, managing vendors and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with LEGO global standards, OT cybersecurity, and U.S. regulations.

Do you have what it takes?
- Proven experience in Facility Management systems, Building Management System, utilities, or automation.
- Strong understanding of all Facility Management subject areas.
- Proven leadership experience with multi-disciplinary teams
- Experience in sophisticated manufacturing environments beneficial.
- Advanced education in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience, is highly desired.
- Pragmatic and proactive, with a focus on continuous improvement and ownership.
- Balanced communicator, skilled in strategic and operational interactions with vendors.
- Collaborative team player, thriving in fast-paced, multicultural settings.
- Relocation will be provided for this position
- Minimal international travel will be required
