About us
The Legendary Leaf Inc is a small cannabis cultivation facility in Nunica, MI. We are focused on potent, unique genetics and learning all there is to know about the science of cannabis! We are looking to add a full-time member to our small team of superstars.
Responsibilities:
- Primarily trimming and packaging, cleaning, harvesting, bucking, making pre-rolls, some plant work
- Must be comfortable working alone 50% of the time and be a great team player for the rest!
- Work under the team leads to learn our processes and assist with the following:
- Monitor the development of the plants.
- Take cuttings and manage clones.
- Transplanting
- Pruning
- Inspect crops for mold, pests, problems.
- Background check required
Qualifications
- Strong positive attitude
- Teamwork mentality
- History of excellent attendance and reliability
- Strong desire to work in the cannabis industry
- Strong attention to detail
- Fast at bucking, packaging, pre-rolls, and any other task. Must be able to meet quotas.
- Ability to receive feedback and adjust work accordingly
- Basic math skills for record-keeping and calculations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
