Responsibilities:
- Present menus to guests, providing detailed explanations and answering any questions they may have about menu items, specials, or club amenities.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, making thoughtful recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Manage assigned tables throughout the dining experience, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to club standards.
- Process bill payments accurately, providing friendly and prompt service while handling cash, credit card transactions, and any other forms of payment.
- Listen attentively to guest feedback, addressing any complaints or concerns with empathy and a positive attitude, striving to resolve issues promptly and satisfactorily.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages, maintaining a seamless flow of service for guests.
