The Legacy Assisted Living is looking for a Registered Nurse who loves people and laughing just as much as they love nursing.
Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
Schedule: [Full-Time / Part-Time]
Typical Hours: 9-5/ No Weekends (Triage takes care of On-Call with the exception of certain emergencies)
Pay: $36–41$ per hour, based on experience
What we need from you
- Current Minnesota Registered Nurse license in good standing
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Assisted living, geriatrics, long-term care, home care, hospice, or memory care experience is a plus — but the right personality and willingness to learn matter to

What your days might look like
No two days are exactly the same, but you may be:
- Checking in on a resident who just isn’t quite acting like themselves
- Completing assessments and updating care plans
- Working with providers, pharmacies, families, hospice, and home health
- Helping caregivers problem-solve resident concerns
- Reviewing medications and physician orders
- Following up after falls, hospitalizations, or changes in condition
- Training and supporting our caregiving staff
- Helping welcome and assess new residents
- Answering family questions and helping them navigate changes in their loved one’s care
- Keeping our documentation and clinical systems organized and up to date
- Being the person staff can come to when they need a little nursing guidance
And yes — there will probably be a resident who wants to tell you the same story for the fifth time. We hope you’ll still sit down and listen.
