Role Description The Real Estate Agent role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Tucson, AZ, with flexibility for some work-from-home activities. In this role, the agent will prospect and cultivate leads, meet with buyers and sellers, and guide clients through the entire real estate transaction process from listing or offer to closing. Daily responsibilities include conducting property showings, preparing and presenting listing agreements and purchase offers, researching market data, and advising clients on pricing, marketing, and negotiation strategies. The agent will coordinate inspections, appraisals, and other transaction-related tasks while maintaining timely communication with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders. The role also involves using modern marketing tools and CRM systems to manage listings, promote properties, and build long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License and strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property concepts.
- Proven Sales experience with the ability to meet or exceed performance targets.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with a client-focused approach and strong interpersonal communication.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, managing time effectively between in-person meetings in Tucson, AZ and remote tasks.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
