Compensation: $55,120 to $94,640 (Full Time)
Location: Tyler, TX (No Remote)
Minimum Qualifications: Paralegal Certification or Bachelors Degree

We are willing to train the right person to become a certified paralegal granted you have a bachelors degree.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Processing probate administration cases from beginning to end
- Guiding clients in gathering and inventorying all of their assets
- Preparing letters to clients and opposing counsel
- Preparing accounts and reports
- Calendaring hearing dates and scheduling court calls
- Researching probate issues as directed
- Checking probate notes and preparing supplements
- Faxing, filing, and e-filing documents in probate courts located in Orange County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, Los Angeles County, and Ventura County
- Assisting attorneys with related work tasks
Qualifications
- Completed a Certified Paralegal Program or Bachelors Degree
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced office environment
- Must be able to type 40-words per minute
- Must be an excellent listener
- Computer skills including proficiency in Google Suite
