Legacy Golf & Tennis Club is seeking a friendly, reliable, and service-oriented Server to join our food and beverage team. Our servers provide exceptional service to members and guests in a fast-paced country club environment that includes lunch service, dinner service, tournaments, and special events.
The ideal candidate is professional, attentive, and able to create a welcoming dining experience while maintaining the high standards expected in a private club setting.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings
- Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and maintained throughout service
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond quickly to requests or concerns
- Process payments and close checks accurately
- Assist with opening and closing side work duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service stations
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to ensure smooth service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
