Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a part-time basis. This role focuses on behavioral assessment, individualized treatment planning, direct therapeutic services, staff and family consultation, and community-based outreach.
The ideal candidate is clinically strong, data-driven, ethical, and collaborative, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams in both clinical and community settings.
Responsibilities:
Development of Treatment Plans
- Develop individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and client needs
- Collaborate with clients, families, and professionals to ensure appropriate, effective intervention strategies
Assessments
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and other behavioral evaluations
- Use data-driven analysis to identify underlying behavioral functions
- Modify treatment plans based on assessment results and ongoing progress data
Therapeutic Services
- Provide direct therapeutic services as required by treatment plans, including one-on-one and group-based interventions
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as clinically indicated
- Ensure services align with best practices and ethical standards in applied behavior analysis
Outreach & Training
- Engage with local schools and community organizations to promote behavioral health services
- Provide training and guidance to staff in educational and community settings on behavioral strategies and interventions
Collaboration & Consultation
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive client support
- Provide consultation and guidance to families and caregivers regarding behavioral strategies and interventions
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and client progress
- Prepare reports and documentation for funding sources, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders as required
Qualifications
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience conducting FBAs and developing behavior intervention plans
- Strong clinical judgment and data analysis skills
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Experience in community-based, educational, or outpatient settings
- Experience providing staff training or consultation
- Familiarity with compliance, reporting, or funding documentation requirements
Scheduling
- 15-25 hours per week
- Day time availability and evenings until 7pm
- Some weekend work may be necessary (flexible)
