Highlights of the Memory Care Director Position:
- Three (3) years of Memory Care experience, including management, handling complex behavior issues and educating families
- Licensed LPN/LVN, preferred
- Associates or bachelors degree in Recreation Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or related field Dementia certification, preferred.
- Activities Director Experience, Certified Dementia Practitioner, Certified Montessori for Dementia Practitioner qualifications preferred.
- Proven success in management and leadership
- Excellent communication and customer service skills and a professional demeanor
- Must be self-directed, able to prioritize task as well as have the ability to accept directives
