The Lee Company, a global leader in precision fluid control products, is seeking an IT Programmer Analyst to support and enhance enterprise manufacturing systems in our IBM i (AS/400) environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using RPG (RPG III, RPG IV, ILE / Free‑Format RPGLE) and CL / CLLE
- Provide technical and functional support for Infor XA ERP, including PowerLink and NetLink
- Support Infor XA modules such as COM, PUR, MRP, IM, and EPDM
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications
- Support system integrations and data processing
- Collaborate with cross-functional business and IT teams
- Maintain technical documentation and support ongoing system improvements
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with IBM i / AS400 systems
- Strong RPG programming skills (RPGLE, SQLRPGLE)
- Working knowledge of DB2/400, SQL/400, Query/400, and OS/400 commands
- Experience supporting Infor XA in a manufacturing environment is desirable
- Solid understanding of manufacturing workflows and data management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
