What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Experience Housekeeper position at The Ledges Resort & Marina?
The Ledges Resort & Marina is a seasonal vacation rental resort directly on the St. Lawrence River. We have a great view of Boldt Castle, Sunken Rock Lighthouse, and the shipping channel. The Ledges offers guests vacation rental cottages, boat rentals, dockage, and boat cruises. We foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive work environment. We are also a growing business. Housekeeping staff performs a variety of indoor and outdoor cleaning tasks. The main responsibilities are cleaning, setting, and checking cottages between guests. The Ledges also has an onsite laundry. Our cleaning staff is the most valued part of our team. We believe cleaning is the most important job at a vacation rental resort. Cleanliness is the basis of a customer's first impression, and the foundation of a good customer experience.
