Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians regarding their development.
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to promote positive interactions among students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of each child's progress, attendance, and any special needs or concerns.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in preschool education.

Skills

- Previous experience as a nanny or caregiver is a plus.
