- Assist with daily routines, including meal preparation, diaper changes, and nap times.
- Foster an environment that encourages curiosity and exploration through play.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare space to ensure a safe environment.

Experience
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in caregiving, particularly with infants or young children.

- Experience in behavior management strategies to support children's emotional needs.
- Background in preschool education or classroom management is preferred.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
