Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and nurturing care to children, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and intellectual growth.
- Educate children through play-based learning, encouraging curiosity and creativity.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning and exploration.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and daily activities.
- Monitor children's behavior and provide guidance as needed to promote positive interactions.
- Administer first aid when necessary and maintain health records as required.
Skills
- Strong background in childcare, with experience in infant care, toddler care, and preschool education.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles to support age-appropriate learning experiences.
- Ability to create engaging educational activities that stimulate children's growth.
- Proficient in caregiving skills, including the ability to manage multiple children effectively.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain is essential.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and team members effectively.
