The Learning Tree is looking to add to our amazing team of Directors.
It's not often we have a Director position available within our company, and we are excited to have someone join our amazing team at The Learning Tree! The role of a Director is a very important one! Director's are the biggest support to each employee on their team; helping, coaching, listening, and empowering each individual to be successful.
With bonuses, Directors' at The Learning Tree yearly salary consistently run from $65,000 - $76, 000 ... but is not capped here. The Learning Tree is an incentive salary company, center enrollment and quality performance will increase your salary significantly on a monthly basis... and we help you get there!
Director's at The Learning Tree have support from several unique positions that allow them the time and opportunity to spend time with their employees and families! With the support of Curriculum Directors, Coaches, Cleaners, Cooks, Bus Drivers, Central Billing, Recruiting, Enrollment Specialist and Regional Directors, we want to make sure that our Directors are SUPPORTED!
